Mutual Human Rights: A Concept

A UNIVERSAL HUMAN RIGHT is an individual good; an intrinsic benefit protected by law that apply to each individual person of every and all human beings.

No benefit can be unconditional for we are all as humanity tasked by Divine decree to labor for the good and to value the common good above the individual good.

The mutual good acknowledges the particular good of the individual but recognize the value of the common good of the whole community. A mutual right or a common right protects by law the intrinsic existence of the mutual good by applying the common benefits thereof through the mutual exchange of the necessary good from between two individuals or individual communities.

Thus, a mutual right is preferred over a universal right because a mutual right is intrinsically oriented towards the common good and therefore, carries a greater potential for the community than a universal right which is not oriented to the common good but toward the particular good of an individual.

It must be further understood that the common good and the individual good although they are distinct in their significance, are both equally important and are never separated from their one Source and therefore, must align towards the one purpose for which they were all provided by our one infinite and most beneficent Provider. They must work together in synergy to serve human life in the greater context of the sacred life of our one planet as a whole or they cease to be good.

At present writing, there are 15 mutual rights that combine to conceptualize:
