Konsult Mindanaw #01

This is my initial submission to the Bishop-Ulama community consultation process - Konsult Mindanaw - in direct support of the unyielding efforts of our one Filipino nation to restore a lasting and meaningful peace upon our beloved brother and sister compatriots in Mindanao.
---<--@

There were, upon their Website contact form, asked these four questions:

1.What does peace mean to you? What is your vision of a peaceful Mindanao? What conditions/situations make up your peaceful Mindanao?

My vision of Peace is Now!

My dear people of Mindanao of the one Republic of the Philippines, we do not have to wait for peace to arrive for peace is the original state of our LORD's creation.

We only have to turn away from this midnight darkness of war and restore ourselves to a common understanding of the peace.

We must not despair but have recourse to the memory of our own selves and of each other and recognize in each other in God that all things upon earth shall most certainly pass away but our friendships we shall keep forever.

And so let us be to each other, keeper and friend.

For we must indeed return to our original belongings to each other and build together upon our hope, through faith in God and trust in Country, the strong foundations of a better, brighter and kinder future for our youth and for all of the generations to come.

We shall build together a community of hope, upon the promise of peace made by the Almighty God to our Father Abraham of old that we, the numberless stars, shall bless the communities of Mankind, we shall establish our sacred trust, to bear with each other as human beings and to work together towards the realization of our one common vision of a free and human society that is Godly, kindly and fair.

And this, from all things false and dark, we shall defend.

Towards this end, I am devoting a new Charter for a new City in Mindanao.

2. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) are taking steps to help us attain peace in Mindanao. What do you think of the GRP-MILF Peace Process? What do you feel about it? Why? What are your recommendations on the peace talks between the GRP and the MILF? (content, process, scope, transparency, etc.)

There must be a common ground between the two and let this common ground be not founded upon the emptiness of barren things born out of the desolation of war but upon the promise of good things born out of a longing for peace.

There must be both remembrance and presence:

Peace is not the absence of conflict. For the peace that we human beings must learn to perfectly accept is an imperfect peace.

Peace is an observance of hope. Hope which is the beginning of human understanding, a lineage of strength that extends across the generations and a virtue that lends its light to our shared humanity.

Peace allows the labors of Country to prosper the life of the people.

It preserves the civil order and upholds the public good and provides strong shelter to the generations of life.

Peace is the empowering wings of human community, it provides the necessary ground upon which are built, the prosperity of
families, tribes and nations.

Upon the maintenance of peace depends the rise and fall of all human civilizations.

It is the diametric opposite of war, existing not to contend against war but to serve and defend all of the nations of the one family of the nations of Mankind from all things dark and false.

3. What other steps, activities or programs should be undertaken to achieve peace in Mindanao? Include the role of academe, civil society organizations, National and Local Government Units.

The establishment of Miyangersjia, a new Abrahamic city, to initiate a new culture of hope in Mindanao and to link all communities together who are desirous of peace into one freedom, one lineage of strength.

4. What can you personally offer, commit or even sacrifice in order to have meaning peace in Mindanao? How do you intend to bring it to reality?

Myself and my city, Miyangersjia - which means "Friendship". And it shall be so, my dear Filipino nation, for we must move forward and away from this long night.

Towards this end, I shall remain in touch with the Konsult Mindanaw process and the Bishop-Ulama Conference until peace is restored upon the people in our beloved Mindanao.

An additional Question that was not asked in the Konsult Mindanaw contact form -

5. Like stars are made to shine all the more beautifully in the night, peace is made all the more meaningful when it is realized in contrast with War - so what is War?

War is a deviation from the ascendant path of peace. It is a failure to remember the observance of peace.

War is a scattering spirit and a darkness that eclipse our sacred remembrance; it is the scourge of all human nations.

Here is an example of the spirit of War:

A Bombing in Cotabato -

I do not know which group of which persons perpetrated this crime but one thing I do recognize is the dark spirit of war that delights in the promotion of these false things that in the end shall consume the very humanity of those who willfully collaborate with the principalities* of hell. This is the ultimate form of adultery.

*fallen angels who were originally placed by God in the care of our human communities - now they only exist to destroy the same communities they were intended by our LORD to serve and preserve. These fallen angels are the main adversaries of our nations and in collaboration with Satan and the other ranks of fallen angels work to sow division, discord, dilution and dissolution among the communities of Mankind.

This kind of thing shall not find a place in our Miyangersjia - for as War was from heaven thrown down - in our Miyangersjia, here upon this earth, the spirit of War will soon find that is shall likewise be denied.

For it is not praiseworthy to attack holy places and people in worship - not even in the slightest degree - it is abominable! It is like attacking the wounded and the vulnerable. It is one of the main reasons for the raising of the AHG (Abrahamic Home Guard as Charter provision for the Common Defense).

Because more than anything else, I am personally convinced, it is honorable religion - above all, our three, great Abrahamic faiths - that calls us back into our shared humanity. For among all the other human callings, it must be honorable religion that leads us to become more and more ourselves, to become more and more as human beings to each other.

I know this from my own experience of God in Christianity and I see it everywhere there are people of good will.

Hence, my dear friends, to our necessary conclusion:

Therefore, it is the responsibility of all the communities of Mankind to battle against things that scatter, against those things that are dark and false, in order that all our nations may return to the one gathering of peace, our one path of common destiny.

For it is only through peace and its truthful observance that we are, as citizens of this earth, each commonly called to the gathering together of all of the nations of the one family of the nations of Mankind in exile time, to give respite to our failing world.

Peace, I salute you.

Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

Jerusalem, Remebered

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem,
should the City of our LORD's Peace
be a hindrance to it?

If the ageless realms
of the unseen reality had a center,
it would be in thee, O Jerusalem.

O City beholden of old,
hearken to thy own virtue!

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem,
arise in God, arise in God,
why should War ever be found
laying its filthy hand on thee?

O my dear people - come,
and know this, here and now -
the rightful ownership of this city
may sometimes elude us, in exile time,
but this is only because of intentions,
born of a will and a purpose divine,
higher and more kinder than our own,
being embraced by the substance of things
outside the scope of our understanding:

The protection of the peace
and the common defense of this city,
where there is any question,
belong to the common good will
of both the nation of elder Israel
and the emerging Palestinian nation:
Jews, Christians and Muslims together.

For my dear people,
it is here in our Jerusalem
where these - two nations of old,
brought together by a promise not forgot,
shall learn the ways of God's Peace
and shall put behind them
the darkness of the midnight past
forever.

So pray, my dear people,
arise in God, arise in God - and -
always keep true to each other's good
all ye numberless Stars of old!

And ponder this in thy hearts -
wrestling with a new sense of hope
born of things rekindled
deep in the faith of thy soul
and ask of our LORD to bless us
and all of the generations of life
with a sustainable, meaningful peace.

Therefore, on the Question of Capital, as regards to modern Israel and unborn Palestine:

Establish the Primary Capital in Jerusalem and establish a Secondary Capital City in Tel Aviv and Gaza City respectively - the things of the receding past do not apply to the landscape of the new reality we are trying to obtain for our nations, of the one family of the nations of Mankind, at this present time and far into the new.

The military and political value of keeping a concentration of national identity and seat of state within the geographical boundary of a Capital City does not continue to hold in keeping with the common good of the nation 1) where our population centers are becoming aware of their own sense of individual or particular as well as common national belonging and 2) it becomes an impediment to the obtaining of the true purpose of Country which is the peace that prospers the people.

You shall be - in the course of our hope - as a light unto each other, O modern Israel of our elder Israel and our unborn Palestine or the darkness will continue to reign to the everlasting regret of all.

Peace unto our Jerusalem - is - peace unto Israel and peace unto Palestine, one peace.

Let it be so, O my people, let it be so.

A Prayer for Peace

LORD God,
we adore Thee
and we bless Thee!

O most beneficent LORD
and one God of all creation,
rekindle in the hearts of Thy nations
the desire for meaningful peace.

Come, O LORD,
abide with needful Mankind
be again the God of our families and of our lands
reclaim Thy right as our one Sovereign
that loving hearts and willing hands
may learn the ways of Thy grace
and thy faithful bring down from heaven
the blessings of Thy most precious Peace.

Forsake us not, dear LORD
but with Thy holy angels lead us
away from the darkness of our times
and into the Light of Thy Countenance
that all the peoples of needful Mankind
may come to a holy remembrance of Thee
and that we may as one firmament shine
ever like the numberless stars
that you promised of old
to our holy Patriarch Abraham.

AMEN.

May unborn Palestine and elder Israel,
each in You, O LORD God,
become a light unto all nations
shining with Thy numberless stars
cast upon Thy one firmament
across the unfeeling darkness
of this midnight of war
as a warmth to each other
and a guide to all mankind.

AMEN.

To my Brother and Sister Filipino Muslims

To my Brother and Sister Filipino Muslims

PEACE,
I salute you.

We are at a crossroads in time.

We stand at a point in history where no one segment of our shared humanity can no longer ignore the existence of the other. Therefore, the defining choice is presented to each heart; unite in the ascent of peace or descend with the gravity of war.

You must ever be mindful of your promise, my fellow Filipino compatriot. I will not see you wasted on empty dreams.

For each of you, my brother and sister Filipino Muslims, are a human being. Each of you are a one whole truth - beautiful for being by Beauty beheld - and precious to my eyes as every other human being who lives to honor the truth not with war and division but with peace and its ascent to the unity of the wholes.

The peace of Jesus Christ abide in the good will of those persons who keep to its truth regardless of war's lie; it's property is as the light regardless of the darkness which is the ambition of war.

Does it matter therefore, that I am a Christian - where peace is concerned what matters is that we are all human beings.

Do we need to draw lines upon the soil of our earth to know that there are lines drawn upon the love in our hearts? Can any love divided against itself ever serve the one will of our one LORD, our one Beautiful, our one Love. Nay, my beloved friend and constant companion, one peerless love for one peerless LORD: Love for love, that is the way - one love alone, a one whole and undivided truth - that is our mountain path.

Therefore, your homeland, my honorable Filipino compatriots, is my homeland. Our Liberty shall have but one standard alone.

We shall be ever mindful of each other's native human dignity.

You are a Muslim, my beloved friend and constant companion, then be a good Muslim. And just the same with me and with every human being who has ever lived and shall ever more live upon our one planet, let us produce the fruits of a good and honorable religion. Fruits which are edible unto all humanity and good for all time. Fruits that serve to prosper all of sacred life in this, our one Creator's one seen creation. For the glory of God is the realization of all human hopes.

Let us go and walk in Beauty and let us be strong for each other.

Let us climb this mountain road, Beloved of God, let us walk this straight path and together let us add to the good of our world: Honor all the lineages of human hope - working to return each and every one of our nations of the one family of the nations of Mankind to the path of peace.

Let our one Republic be a reflection of these things. Let this undertaking of Country be our great labor of hope; let this work, imperfect and difficult though it may be, be a work of life - that God's will be done on earth as it is done in heaven.

Godspeed to each and every one of us and may Almighty God bless us all from always to always.

On the Peace of Jesus Christ

"PEACE I LEAVE WITH YOU; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid."

John 14: 27
---<--@

OUR MOST LOVING JESUS, owing to the great and profound Christian mystery of the Incarnation of the Word of God possesses a human soul and all human souls are capable of the virtue, hope.

And all hope is vested in exile time as a becoming, a sweet and joyful anticipation for all the saints of God as each of their own hopes in God wax gloriously or a growing sense of dread looming upon the souls of the willful and unrepentant as each of their own hopes in God wane
ignominiously.

Hope exerts a subtle and quiet presence in every calm moment in the now before each free and human choice is made and this virtue wax or wane in strength according to how much we share and express it, one with another, in good faith and common good will, primarily to our LORD and His unseen Church of the triumphant angels and saints who forever face the face of our LORD in the heaven of God's eternity, secondarily to the unseen necessitate Suffering Church in the void of the angels whose own hopes they have entrusted to those who obey and fear the LORD here on earth and thirdly to our own Militant Church here in exile time specifically as a calling to serve the needful elements of our Lord's poor communities among the nations of the one family of the nations of mankind.

All human souls are capable of hoping but the soul of our Savior owing to the Hypostatic Union of our Lord to the one Truth of the Godhead possesses a hope that encompasses and embraces all human hope - in fact, the hope of the Savior of mankind IS the fulfillment of all human hope.

Every true hope culminates in the glory of God which is it's natural terminus for the glory of God in all of creation, seen and unseen, IS the culmination of all hope and this fulfillment in Christ culminates the purpose of creation in the beginning as it originally was intended and therefore has the august and able power to bring us all into fruition at the new beginning at the end of all things - at the passing away of the heavens and the inhabited earth.

False hopes, they sink in the mire, carried by the descendant gravity of evil's consequence, they shall collapse with the turning into ashes of all evil things from within to become with Satan and the reprobates, that one singular regret of all of hell entire.

Our Lord while He walked this world with us possessed the vision of God in the entirety of His temporal servitude to mankind, our Lord could see as far into His soul with God or as near as He pleases and so it was not only at the Agony in the Garden that our Savior has had to face the truth about our sins and the one whole entirety it's consequences built up in the righteous wrath of the Father in eternity.

Our most loving, Jesus Christ, knew all of this from the time he was conceived but it was only in Gethsemane that our Savior has had to face it in that hour, when it's time had come.

God by His own nature does not possess hope, our LORD possesses in His most beneficent will the infinite power to deliver and to uphold, to strengthen and to fulfill in the Truth which is His Being. Our LORD is the provider of all human hope and this can now only become clearer to our souls who can now comprehend in Christ what the Father has revealed in the Holy Spirit through the mystery of the Incarnation of the Son.

The Peace of Jesus Christ is Christ's own hope here on earth, it is His own hope fulfilled and shared with us as our Savior's joy in His eternal vision of our own happiness with Him in the place He has gone ahead to prepare for us in the golden realms of the Father in heaven.

With us, who remain in God and in each other, our Lord's greeting of peace is ALREADY our own hopes fulfilled in and through Christ who IS our hope and when we say this to each other as one Church of the baptized and in good will with all of the righteous persons among the one family of the nations of mankind, we inherit through our Savior the power to give this hope unto others.

And we give this hope by becoming it, by being as our Father in Jesus Christ, by living to be one as God is one - and we shall do this with one love alone.

It is this upon this Peace of our Lord, Jesus Christ, that the charism of the apostolate is founded for it is through this Peace that the one Solidarity shall fulfill it's gift - on behalf of Jesus Christ, our All - in the one, ineffable Name of the one Triune Perfection for our Holy Mother Church as a blessing unto all mankind.

On Pope Pius XII and Catholic-Jewish Relations

OUR HOLY FATHER PIUS XII, of blessed memory, must be concerned.

Concerned not about his legacy which shall forever stand on its own truth, but concerned about the controversy that consumes our beloved Mother Church as regards to him and the dark reality that consumed much of his papacy during World War II, an issue which now weigh heavily on the mind and heart of our Holy Father Benedict XVI.

The issue of Catholic-Jewish relations is an issue of peace. It is an issue of very significant bearing, extremely important to me personally in my own heart, and also professionally as a professing, confessing, Roman Catholic layman here in the third Christian millennium.

All honor proceeds from allegiance to the truth. Without allegiance to the truth, honor is naught but a pretense to pride, hurting more than restoring virtue in the self as well as in others by way of sin and scandal.

Let me make it clear here and now that by first principle, I blame the Nazis completely, Hitler above all, for all the atrocities that was raised from hell at their diabolic beck and call.

Now, having said that, the rest is simply healing and healing is all about justice and justice IS restoration; restoration to the truth.

The honor of our Holy Father Pius XII and the right hurt of our elder brethren and sisters, the Jewish people, are both matters that pertain to our shared humanity. I do not see where they clash where bridges have really been built in the name of peace, and peace which is not an appeasement, an illusion, an outright deception or a segmentation of the one whole, but peace as a paradigm whole - peace being truth as itself alone.

As a Roman Catholic, I have a right to speak out on this issue - and so I shall.

If there is animus, then we must turn away. For war can only be starved out and if met headlong as in a charge shall turn the force of our own intentions, however noble, however high, against itself.

Let us be ever mindful that only our LORD can completely liberate us from this ancient bondage.

That is why we should build on the ageless Rock of our LORD, because when we stand on the foundation of our LORD's truth, bearing in our joy, the hope of our Savior's peace, war itself shall not withstand us but if we recklessly venture out and step into the mire outside of our Love, if we respond to the relentless taunts of the ancient enemy of our God and break ranks, thinking to meet Satan and his hosts head on, we shall find ourselves everywhere scattered, sinking, overrun and then finally defeated by war and war's ambition.

I agree with our Supreme Pontiff Benedict XVI when he called for a time of contemplation, for he has opened up the space of our hope to prayer and contemplation and thereby, made room for our LORD's grace to act on both sides of the one side of the peace.

If this animus persists, then let us let it presist, all the while trusting that it is better not to harm each other and leave the truth of the matter to God who alone owns all that is true.

I would rather have peace with our brethren and sister Jews as well as our brethren and sister Muslims - and all honorable religions - than see our Holy Father Pius XII receive an honor that I know he himself will flatly refuse in his own lifetime were he be given this choice to either save the peace of our relationship with our brethren and sister Jews or attain to the veneration of the Catholic faithful as a canonized Saint.

As Holy Father Francis' prayer reminds us, "it is better to understand than be understood."

Better the peace that prospers the life of our shared humanity than a million titles and honors.

Better to endure than to be endured.
